My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the rooms were clean and well-maintained, they were extremely small and located in an inconvenient spot within the hotel. Unfortunately, the sauna and steam rooms were out of service without any prior notice. The location was convenient, directly connected to the Mall of Emirates. However, the overall atmosphere felt gloomy.
