The hotel is located on the roof of the mall, offering a unique setting. Mr Sai provided exceptional service, even sending thoughtful get-well gifts. However, the rooms were not as comfortable as expected.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious with all the necessary amenities, but I had to move due to a damp smell issue and lacked privacy in the new room. The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff paying attention to every detail. The location, connected to the Mall of the Emirates, was convenient for shopping and entertainment, though some facilities like the sauna and steam rooms were unavailable. The dining experience offered a wide variety of delicious options, making my meals enjoyable.
